How does billing work?+
Pick monthly or yearly at checkout. Yearly is discounted up to 25% depending on the plan. Both cadences are processed securely through Stripe and renew automatically each billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?+
Yes. You can change plans or switch billing cadence from your account, and Stripe handles the proration for you.
Do credits roll over?+
AI credits reset at the start of each billing period. Storage is persistent — your documents stay in your workspace until you remove them.
Who owns my documents and data?+
You do. Your uploads and generated content belong to you. We use them to power your workspace and do not use them to train models.
Is there a free trial?+
Plan Clarity AI is paid-only — there is no free tier. Monthly plans keep entry accessible if you want to start smaller.
What is a credit?+
One credit covers one AI action — a chat response, a report draft, a cleaned communication, or a document analysis. Your monthly quota depends on the plan you pick.
How much storage do I get?+
Starter includes 10 GB, Professional 20 GB, and Business 50 GB. Storage covers plans, specs, PDFs, images, and other project documents.
What file types are supported?+
You can upload PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, images (JPG, PNG, HEIC), and common construction document formats. File-type icons show what's what at a glance.
How is my data handled?+
Your workspace is scoped to your account and protected by row-level access controls. NDA / sensitive-material acknowledgments are shown on upload surfaces, and the full AI Disclosure & User Responsibility agreement is reviewable from your Account page at any time.
